Membership in the Butterfield‑Riviera East Community Association is open to individuals or households who:

1. are 18 years of age or older, and

2. reside, own property, own a business, or represent a business within the boundaries of the Association (see map below).

The boundaries of the Association are:

South: Folsom Blvd.,

North: American River,

West: the Mayhew Drain,

East: Paseo Rio Way (including both sides of the street).
